Loss Control Services is a unique, independently owned consulting firm that provides a full array of loss control services to the insurance industry. LCS was established in 1996 to provide much needed loss control and property expertise to the standard and E&S specialty insurance markets. These underserved segments of business have typically been serviced by multi-line regional and national vendor companies that lack the necessary experience level on-staff or in the field to provide the in-depth analysis needed for the unique risks presented in these market segments.
Steven Mannai
Director of Operations and Executive Vice President, Steve founded the company in 1996; previous to that he held positions at Kemper Insurance Companies within their Highly Protected Risk (HPR) and Loss Control Engineering (LCE) departments. Steve is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

Michael Sullivan
Director of Specialty Property and Executive Vice President, Mike joined LCS in 1999. Mike held positions with Fireman’s Fund Insurance in their Highly Protected Risk (HPR) department after beginning his career with Kemper Insurance Co. in their Boiler & Machinery, HPR and Loss Control Engineering departments. Mike is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
